Rules

Rule One: Ensure only one door in the entrance is open at a time as this prevents curious cats from getting out downtown

Rule Two: Do not pick up the kitties, if everyone picked them up all the time they would get quite annoyed.

Rule Three: During the winter please remove your shoes and place them on the shoe rack this helps keep the room clean from the snow, sand, chemicals and slush from outside.

Rule Four: Please stay out of the back area behind the curtain. It is the safe space for kitties if they get overwhelmed.

Rule Five: Do not feed anything to the kitties, this include treats, cat food, human food, etc. Please also refrain from touching the kitties' food or water bowls.

Rule Six: Please do not touch the cat wheel, or hammocks as they can break easier than you would think. Additionally please do not remove the cat beds, paddings or blankets from cat trees or other cat objects, they are there for the cats enjoyment.

Rule Seven: Do not grab the kitties by the fur, hit the kitties, chase them, or otherwise abuse or frighten them, this will result in immediate ejection, and possibly a lifetime ban.

Rule Eight: Please do not use laser pointers or play cat or dog sounds, this greatly disrupts the kitties and can cause cat fights.

Rule Nine: All children (12 and under) must be supervised at all times by an adult, with a limit of two children per adult. You may not ask other patrons to watch your children.

Policy One: All items sold are final sale. The Purrfect Cup Cat Café apparel is exchangeable for sizing and colours only. Apparel must be in unworn and new condition with tags attached (if applicable).
